Join the CEP team for an 8-day study tour across New Zealand, focusing on rural education. Participants will engage with local schools, learn more about indigenous-led education practices and meet with key educational leaders.
Highlights:
- Auckland: Experience site visits to Auckland Central Special School and Raglan Area School, learning about inclusive practices and rural education frameworks.
- Bay of Plenty: Explore Māori Medium Schools and rural primary schools as well as enjoy cultural sites like Mount Maunganui.
- Wellington: Participate in workshops, connect with cluster schools and meet with peak education bodies such as the New Zealand Educational Institute (NZEI), Primary & Secondary Teacher Unions (PPTA) and Ministry of Education National Office Leaders.
There are only 19 spots available for this exclusive tour. Any additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list. An AUD500 deposit is required to secure your spot. The estimated price for this trip is AUD2,550 for CEP Members and AUD2,750 for non-members.
