About Our Speaker
Sara Habib has led remote teams for 20 years, and has been the COO anchor for two multimillion-dollar organizations in two very different industries. She sees clear structures where the rest of the world gets lost in complicated chaos, and she helps people unlock their best and most fulfilling work. She loves moving projects forward and getting things done.
One of her core values is "making meaningful connections, "a principle that drives her as a
leader in the community. She serves on the board for Literacy Connects, started the Tucson Fringe Festival, is a past President of the Junior League of Tucson, and is a member of Angel Charity for Children. Sara is always looking for ways to make lasting contributions to Tucson.
When she's not strengthening companies or her community, she loves to hike, practice yoga, or heart videos of cute golden retrievers on instagram. Her current professional role is Chief Operating Officer for the consulting firm OpenT ent, which specializes in Salesforce implementations for nonprofit organizations.

Tucson Young Professionals (TYP) is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and promoting young professionals in the Greater Tucson area. Founded during the Great Recession, TYP provides a platform for young professionals to connect, develop leadership skills, and actively contribute to Tucson's economic and social progress. We emphasize collaboration, leadership, inclusivity, and progress, aiming to ensure that diverse voices lead Tucson's development.
