On the Central West End: Mansions South of Lindell tour, attendees will see a wide variety of architecture, showcasing many Gilded Age mansions, along with some of the historic factories along Laclede Avenue, and other important buildings to the neighborhood's history. Included will be mansions, such as those owned by James G. Butler and William Nolker, as well as the historic Dorris Automobile factory. This section of St. Louis showcases multiple different periods of architecture, spanning from the late 1880s to the present day. The tour will begin at the Laclede/Boyle Community Garden, and will cover the historic section of the neighborhood on Laclede Avenue and West Pine Boulevard. Tickets purchased within 24 hours of the start of the tour will be available as "same day tickets", and will cost more than standard tickets purchased in advance. To ensure the arrival of all planned guests, the tour will begin 5-10 minutes after the advertised start time. Ticket purchases are non refundable, however all unused tickets purchased are redeemable at any future event.
