Save the date // Sunday 6th October ���We are super excited to announce our next Charity day at Central Wellness, this year we are supporting @guidedogsuk yes there will be 3 dogs joining us on the day!!! Alongside some amazing yoga/meditation, wholesome food, raffles, music, drinks and good vibes & more! We want our community to come together for the day to support an amazing charity, our doors will be open so check out our timetable to book now and stay for a nibble and tea afterwards, not forgetting a cuddle with the dogs.

Open to anyone
All classes are beginner friendly.
All proceeds going towards guide dogs as well as everything else on the day.
