The 2024 Holiday Party will be held on December 21st at the Mutuo Club at 20 Beckley St, Barre,VT.
Plan on arriving around 5:30 p.m.. There will be a cash bar available.
Wear a silly/ugly sweater and see if you win the $20 cash prize for having the best one.
Dinner (chicken and biscuits with salad) will be served at 6:30 p.m.
Dessert will be provided by members — Kim Hidenfelter is the coordinator for this and Vicky LaCasse
is assisting her.
Following dinner, we will do a Yankee Swap involving everyone who brings a wrapped gift valued up
to $25 (for members and non-member guests).
Every participant will get a number. Whomever has number 1 gets to select any wrapped gift to open .
The person with number 2 (through to the highest number) gets to open an unopened gift and keep what
they opened or trade for a previously opened gift. When everyone has opened a gift, the person with
number 1 gets to make a final selection from all of the gifts.
A couple of party games have been planned for party-goers to play. Winners will receive cash prizes.
Door prize tickets will be given to each member in attendance. Numbers will be drawn throughout the
evening. The door prizes are being supplied by the Chapter. Not everyone will win a prize. (There
might be a separate cache of door prize gifts for non-members, who will be given tickets of a different
color.)
The drawing for ‘2024 Attendance at Chapter Socials/Rides’ will take place at some point during the
evening.
If you attended at least one Chapter event (the monthly social or a ride) in any given month during
2024, your name is in the hat. So, if you attended something every month, your name is included 11
times.
The prize of a $50 Wilkins gift card will be awarded to the first person at the party whose name is
drawn.
The drawing for the final 'Monthly Must be Present to Win' raffle will also be done. If the person
whose name is drawn is present, they will get $70 cash! If not, the $ will carry over to the first Social in
January 2025.
The Chapter treasury will pay for each member's meal. The cost for each non-member guest will be
$17 payable that evening.

count of members and non-members for this festive event!
