Managing Your Mental Health: Anxiety Management
About this Event

Central Piedmont's Health Profession and Human Services team is hosting a monthly Community Town Hall Event where various health related topics will be discussed.

Participate in an interactive presentation discussing mental health management strategies.

• Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 18.1% of the population every year according to the Anxiety & Depression Association of America.

• Glenda Nnaji is a Curriculum Counselor in Health Professions at CPCC and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). She works with adults (students) who are having challenges with managing their Mental Health while in stressful competitive health programs.

• Glenda will be available to answer questions that attendees may have related to Mental Health symptoms, behaviors and management.

We hope that you will join us during Mental Illness Awareness Month in October.
