Welcome to the 3 rd annual Central PA Tattoo and Horror Expo! Penn Harris hotel and convention center will be infested by monsters, ghosts and ghouls from far and wide gathering to celebrate the spooky, the scary, and the macabre.Costumed creatures will gather with the undead and we encourage all our guests to dress up and join the fun!
This year we opened a fresh crypt and exhumed an amazing lineup of tattoo artist from around the world! Many of these artists specialize in horror themed tattoos, and guests are welcome to bring in their ideas and work with our artist to make your tattoo dreams, a twisted reality.
