A youth leadership training weekend is coming to Nanaimo! This weekend will help youth develop leadership skills in the form of communication, teamwork, problem solving, and much more. Youth will work with their peers to learn how to effectively and efficiently engage and be a leader among their Troops or Companies. Youth are expected to sign up as individuals and to come prepared to learn and interact with others they may not know. This event is about building confidence in oneself.
