Michele Plant Kroupa is the founder and president of specializing in public relations efforts at local, regional, and national levels. With over 30 years of experience, she has led successful campaigns for organizations such as Vicious Biscuit, Harbor House of Central Florida, International Diamond Center, Disney Sports & Recreation, Tijuana Flats – and many more.

Before launching her firm, Plant Kroupa held senior roles at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and Heart of Florida United Way. Michele received her B.A. in advertising and public relations from the University of Central Florida and serves on the advisory board for UCF's Nicholson School of Communication.
