Dr. Stark completed her training at the Mayo Clinic and Yale University and now serves as an Associate Professor and Regional Department Chair of Psychiatry at TTUHSC School of Medicine in Amarillo. She brings extensive expertise in substance use disorders and mental health care for specialty populations.
