Join us Saturday, April 5th 2-3:30pm at Move with Joy studio, for Centering & Unwinding, a free community gathering with the dance and flow with Joy and Aerick and then again Sunday a follow along dance flow to live music of the vibrations of Aurora and Atheia, and a follow-along movement flow facilitated by Joy and Aerick of Breakin' Ballet and Move with Joy. The event will feature a new ensemble formed to foster creativity of sound, texture, and in-the-moment improvisations by diverse and talented musicians, including Cori Somers- violin, Laurie Jarski- cello (multi-string instrumentalist), and Carolyn Koebel- world percussionist. Joy and Aerick, owners and instructors of Move with Joy dance studio, will facilitate the session as a blend of dance and yoga movement with accessible options for all to participate.
