Join Amanda Butler and Niki Januzzi for a mindful self care workshop to ground your spirit during the holiday season. Expect to add some tools to your toolbox for balance, grounding and overall well being.


We begin by dropping into the body with a gentle, guided meditation, allowing the nervous system to soften and the mind to become receptive. This creates the foundation for everything that follows—when the mind quiets, the body opens, and healing energy begins to move naturally.


From this centered space, we transition into Qigong, a mindful movement practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that works with Qi — the body’s life force. Qigong blends breath, posture, and slow intentional motion to release stuck energy, awaken vitality, and reconnect you with your natural state of inner harmony. The movements are soft, fluid, and designed for all levels, helping to restore flow through the meridians and gently energize the body.


After opening the energetic channels through movement, we move into EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) — a powerful mind-body technique that combines acupressure with somatic awareness. By lightly tapping on specific meridian points while acknowledging emotions or stored patterns, we help signal safety to the nervous system and discharge energetic blockages that the body has been holding. EFT creates a bridge between the emotional body and the physical body, allowing old stress responses to dissolve and be replaced with a sense of ease, clarity, and groundedness.


Last but not least, a slow and intentional yoga practice will continue to center and ground you. We will explore postures and breath with intentional flow. As we move through our bodies, we create space to fill with light and release what is not serving us.


Together, these practices—meditation, Qigong, EFT and yoga—create a holistic arc of opening, moving, and releasing, so participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
