Pvt. Joseph Redburg was born in Seattle, WA. and was raised in Roy, WA. He was drafted into the U.S.Army Infantry in 1915 to the 307th Infantry Regiment, 77th Infantry Division. He died in Thiaucort, France from the Spanish Influenza on the 2nd of October 2018. He is buried at the St. Mihiel American Cemetery, Plot D Row 10 Grave 17. The Joseph Redberg Post 164 of the American Legion was chartered in May of 1924 and the Joseph Redberg Unit 164 of the American Legion Auxiliary which was chartered in August of 1924.
