Theme "An Historic Norfolk Person (born pre-1900)"
Consider all aspects of life in Norfolk – Agriculture, Social History, Industry, Art, Manufacturing, Seafaring, Government to name a few. Use your imagination!
Calling all WIs, old & new to the Competition Including The Novice Class & A Competition for Individuals
*** Staging: Saturday 26th April 10am to 11.30am. No admittance to the Hall before 10am
*** Judging of exhibits starts: Saturday 26th April 11.30am
*** Public viewing: Saturday 26th 4pm-6pm and Sunday 27th 11am – 3.30pm
*** Presentation to the winners: Sunday 27th 3.15pm
*** Removal of display: After 3.30pm on Sunday and before 4pm
*** Light refreshments available
If your WI has never entered the Centenary Salver you will be eligible to enter the Novice Cup. •
You can remain in the novice class for a period of two years, after which you will need to enter the Centenary Salver Competition. The winner of the Novice Cup will automatically move to the Centenary Salver Competition the following year.
*** All judging will be in accordance with “On with the Show” 2021 edition. ***
Entry fee: £8
Only one entry per WI is allowed
Send your entry fee including the name of your WI and an email address to receive your entry number as soon as you decide you will enter. The official entry form can be sent later when you’ve decided on your chosen items.
Please return the entry form with your choice of items no later than 28th February 2025
We will continue to accept entries up until this date if space allows
