This event will take place in the Colonial Industrial Quarter on grass – Access the area from Main St. following the path next to Historic Hotel Bethlehem or through Celtic Classic over the foot bridge in Grand Pavilion.My path with yoga has been an ever evolving journey that has lead me to a deepened understanding and exploration of yoga. I have practiced various styles of yoga over the years. Wanting to deepen my knowledge, I completed Yoga Teacher training at the Yoga Loft in Bethlehem PA in 2017.
I blend Celtic spirituality and connection to nature into my classes with the teachings of yogic traditions and philosophies. The point of any effort in yoga is to realize that we are connected to everything and to each other.
I lead my students to bring an awareness to their mind, bodies, and spirit as we move through poses and stillness and notice the moments in between. My classes are a themed slow vinyasa flow followed by meditation. My focus is always on being safe and adapting a pose for each student’s range of motion.
I enjoy sharing the connection and balance that yoga can bring to your daily life.
