꩜ Celtic Wheel ~ A JourneyJourney together, as a gathering of soul friends, Anamchara, through to complete one full cycle of the seasons, anchored in the wisdom of Celtic Cosmology.
Our 11-month journey begins at Samhain, a window for dissolution and rupture as we create space for the potent dream time of winter and plant our seeds of creativity before nurturing them into life as they emerge into the sweetness of spring before reaching the radiant abundance of the summer, leading into the golden harvest time before dissolving into the release and decay of the fall, ending where we began.
Sessions will comprise a mix of movement, breathwork, ceremony, shakti nidra and journey.
꩜ The Anamchara
We will journey together, as a gathering of "soul friends", Anamchara, through one full cycle of the seasons anchored in the wisdom of Celtic Cosmology. All are welcome, and the practices will create space for you to explore your own roots even if you do not have a connection to celtic lands. You may be seeking to explore and deepen your relationship with: the earth, seasons and cycles
your ancestral roots and lands
yourself, connecting to your own inner wisdom, releasing what no longer serves and creating space to step more fully into your most authentic self
the eternal cycles of creativity, action and dissolution as you dream up a new idea, project, business or intention to bring into the light in the year ahead
꩜ What is included?
- Welcome gift, & some ceremonial materials
- x8 2 hour sessions marking each transition in the wheel starting in Samhain and ending at the Autumn equinox. They will be a mix of embodied movement, breath work, sharing circle, journaling, ceremony and journey*. We will pass through one full cycle starting with the decay and release of fall as we enter the dark winter dream time, then shifting into the planting of seeds in spring followed by the radiance and blossoming of summer.
- x8 take home self enquiry journaling prompts and/or a personal practice suggestion between each session.
- x7 optional check in / gathering between sessions (these may be in a variety of formats e.g. group video calls, outdoor gatherings, sharing of art, poems or insights we have gathered on the journey)
*Some offerings may be outdoors but this is weather dependant

WHAT TO BRING
- A journal, pen, and mat, cushions and blankets are available in the studio but feel free to bring your own if preferred.
- Option to bring additional ceremonial offerings for yourself or to contribute to the group such as flowers
- There may be suggested readings or creative practices along the way but these are optional
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Sarah's offerings are inspired by the wisdom held in the rhythms of the natural world. Her sessions weave meditation, mantra, movement, energy, and breathwork to facilitate deep embodied connection to our inner wisdom and the natural cycles of the lands that hold us. Sarah's has trained in Shamanic Yoga, Kundalini, Reiki, Celtic Embodiment and Shakti Nidra, and continues to learn on her journey through life, grateful for all the teachers and lands she has met along the way and those yet to come ꩜
