Celtic Sound Healing incorporates traditional Gaelic melodies, vibrational sound and spoken word. Aoife will accompany her Irish melodies on guitar, Irish drum (Bodhran), Native flute and Tibetan singing bowls. This is a very relaxing experience which induces a sense of wellbeing while reducing the stress of daily life.
Participants should bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on during the sound healing.
