St. Paul’s Choir will offer the beautiful “Souls of the Righteous” by Geraint Lewis. Mr. Lewis is a Welsh composer who set the text taken from Revelation. The piece is subtitled “In Memoriam William Mathias” and was composed for the Service of Thanksgiving for the life and work of Mathias at St Paul’s Cathedral on 20 November 1992. Mathias and Lewis were fellow members of the music staff of the University of Wales at Bangor.
