Celly’s Pokemon Trade Show - November 2, 2025----------------------------
We have rented an entirely separate room across the hall for trainers to TRADE, PLAY, Talk about Pokemon. The main room will now just be vendors.

There was an influx of people at the beginning of the show because everyone was ready and eager! - But making it hard for some people to check out the tables as it was so busy. Like many of the other large shows, they allowed for a certain amount of people to check out the tables early with EARLY ACCESS. We will be implementing this for a SMALL entry fee limited to a certain amount of people for the FIRST hour.

Celly's will NOT have a table at the show this time. Instead Danny and his team will be wandering around making sure everything is going smooth and that all the vendors are supported if they need anything.

There is a new section in for form for vendors to advise if they are buying cards from attendees. This is so we can set up a balloon on the vendor tables for everyone to see who is buying.
We are aware that the cost of the tables have gone up. This is out of our control as we are renting more space.

** Rules **
Trade tables will be set up at the tradeshow. Everyone is welcome to have their binders and trade/buy/sell with other trainers. HOWEVER, if you did not purchase a table to be a vendor - you may not set up product and take up space at the table
FAKE CARDS! We ran into an issue where some kids had fake cards they were trading with other kids. This is NOT acceptable at a public trading event. We understand that not many parents will know if a card is fake or not, but we can definitely help and educate on how to spot fake cards! Just look for Danny and he will be able to help you out!

Please note that the form is an application to vend, we will go through the list as we do not have enough tables for everyone. Please also note that not all vendors that have set up in the past will get a spot each time. We curate to see which vendors are strong in the community and those that support the store has a higher chance of success.
We will try to have a mix of vendors when it comes to TCG, Crafts and all other unique items! Please fill the form out in its entirety.
