As the season’s busyness fades, allow this immersive soundscape to help you soften, restore balance, and ease your way into the year ahead.
This practice will be experience laying down for the majority of the hour. Please bring your own cozy items to enhance your experience. A yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow are recommended to create your comfortable space.

Elizabeth Byrd is a cellist, composer, and sound artist exploring the transformative power of sound. Working across acoustic and electronic mediums, including modular synthesis and electroacoustic composition, Liz blends artistic innovation with sound healing practices.
