The Sound Medicine Collective joins us at Bombay Room Yoga for an evening of Sacred Sound Vibrations—a powerful, gong-heavy sound healing journey infused with the magical sweetness of live electric cello.This is a rare and deeply moving experience designed to guide you inward, soften the nervous system, and awaken profound states of rest, release, and renewal.
This journey weaves together the yin and yang of sound—the grounding depth of vibration with the melodic lift of music—creating a sanctuary where healing unfolds naturally.

🌿 Meet the Sound Medicine Collective
The Sound Medicine Collective is a heart-centered partnership between Adrienne White and Luke Andresen, founders of the Collective Wellness Center in Benton Harbor, Michigan.They travel nationwide, offering sound journeys at yoga studios, festivals, and sacred spaces for those seeking deeper healing and transformation.
Trained in trauma-informed practices, Adrienne and Luke hold space with compassion, safety, and deep presence. Luke, a veteran who has personally recovered from PTSD, brings profound insight into how sound can support nervous-system regulation and emotional healing.
Together, they have witnessed powerful releases, emotional breakthroughs, and deep restoration in those who participate in their sound journeys.
