About Your Facilitators
Ewa is a dedicated yogi and Reiki Master whose journey into healing began with yoga as a way to complement intense workouts, evolving over the years into a profound path of self-discovery and energy work. After earning her YTT-200 certification in New York City, Ewa continued her education, studying with renowned teachers and eventually receiving her YTT-300 certification in Bhakti Yoga. With a compassionate approach, Ewa creates spaces for people to fin balance, resilience, and peace. Her Reiki practice allows her to guide others toward inner harmony and energy alignment, making each session a deeply supportive experience.
Demetria Koninis is a sound practitioner who uses the therapeutic resonance of the cello to lead both group and individual sound healing sessions. Her deep connection to the cello began in fourth grade, sparking a lifelong devotion to music and healing. With a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from Syracuse
University and over 15 years of healthcare experience, she first introduced sound healing to her patients as a recreation therapist. In 2019, a retreat in Costa Rica intensified her journey, where she uncovered the profound healing potential o the cello’s vibrations and energy work.
Certified as a Level 2 Reiki healer with the Reiki Alliance, trained in Energy Medicine, and certified in Tibetan Sound Bowl healing, Demetria combines energy medicine with her musical expertise. Each of her sessions uses the cello’s rich frequencies to connect with emotional vibrations, guiding participants toward deep relaxation, emotional release, cellular healing and alignment. Demetria also runs a thriving cello school from her home studio, where she teaches the Suzuki Method to aspiring cellists.
