This years dook will raise funds for Fife Boomerang, an adults mental health charity who provide 2 trips per week and 2 holidays per year for their members in an effort to combat feelings of isolation and to boost their confidence. Registrations can be made at

Again. we're aware it's the sea and we can't (and won't) tell you your not getting in if you don't register but registering helps us keep track of numbers and also get you a cheeky wee 10 mins in the sauna x
When registering please add a note if you would like to use the sauna and what time between 12 and 1 you would like your 10 minute slot x
The dook itself takes please at 12 noon.
