Come join us at Inspired Wellness, PLLC for an immersive sound bath experience brought to us by Certified Sound Practioner, Rana Jayne at Seventh Wave Sound Healing LLC. Gift yourself a unique experience of sound healing that will rejuvenate your senses and soothe your soul. Let the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Please arrive 10 mins early to get settled in. Doors will close promptly at 6:30pm for the one hour Sound Bath. You will be on a hard surface floor, so bring enough blankets, pillows, etc so that you will be comfortable. Be sure to wear cozy clothes and socks to ensure you are warm in your own personal cocoon.
