Our special guest speaker for the event will be award winning cheese maker, Mr. Domenico Boccia from La Delizia Latticini. Dom will share insights into the art of cheese making, anecdotes that highlight his passion for his craft and his story as a recent migrant to Western Australia. And of course, share his delectable cheeses.
Special Price: $70 per person
The price includes a delicious four-course meal prepared by Frasers Restaurant. Drinks can be purchased at the bar. We will have live music and dancing.
