About this Event
Join us for evening reception celebrating the service of Professor Sherri Hall to the Kappa Delta Rho Epsilon Chapter. Refreshments will be provided. Brief remarks at 6:30 pm. RSVP is helpful but not required.
As part of the celebration, we are gathering photos and both written and recorded messages of gratitude that will be displayed as part of a slideshow during the event. We need your help gathering photos and messages!
Here are the instructions for content submission:
Photos - Any photo of Professor Hall that you might have. The larger the file size the better! Please send in a digital format, most any file type should work (jpg, tiff, png, etc.). If you need assistance scanning a printed photo you're welcome to mail them to me (2233 Austin Lake Dr., Smyrna GA 30082), and I'll return them to you in December.
Video messages of gratitude - Record yourself sharing a brief message of gratitude for Professor Hall. Please keep the videos under 30-40 seconds in length. A recorded "selfie" is fine, you can email or text the video to me (770-880-6984). Please know that the final video shown might be edited for length if necessary.
Written messages of gratitude - Write a message of gratitude that will be displayed on the screen/slide show. Please keep your messages under 100 words, and send to me in an email or as a Word doc. Prof. Hall will receive your full message after the event, but we may need to edit it for length for the actual slide show.
Deadline for submissions: Sunday, November 17th.Please send all submissions to: or 770-880-6984. If file sizes are too large for emailing, feel free to upload to a third-party sharing site such as OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox, etc. and send a long a link for me to access/download.
