With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Markus David Ewart. Markus was tragically taken from us in a fatal motorcycle accident on Monday, September 22nd. Anyone who knew Markus, knew how contagious his smile and laugh were. He brought happiness everywhere he went and it was often said, "he made a friend where ever he went". Markus also LOVED to ride motorcycles and went on rides often. Heartbreakingly, this is what claimed his life.
We are holding a Celebration of Life Service on October 11th at 11am. Anyone who knew Markus or wants to come support the family are welcome to attend. A link will be provided with all the information, including the donation fund set up in his name.
We are also coordinating a "slow ride" before the service. We invite anyone or any group that rides motorcycles to please join this ride. We'd like to get as many riders as we can to come show support and help increase awareness of motorcyclists on the road. Our hope is to create more awareness of motorcyclists on the road and prevent any more deaths, through this ride. More information will be posted on this event, about the ride as we solidify the details.
