Please join us for a Celebration of Life honoring David “DJ” Garrison at Austin Executive Airport, a place that meant so much to DJ and where he proudly worked. The airport has generously donated the hangar so we can come together to remember and honor him.
We will gather with DJ’s family including his four beautiful children, parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, Jenna (mother of his children), and his love partner Michelle. This will be a time to share memories, reflect on DJ’s life, and celebrate the incredible person he was.
The celebration will include a "Missing Man Formation" flyover, shared memories, and light refreshments and drinks will be provided.
Weather & Attire:
T-shirt, hoodie, Vans, Sneakers, etc.. because DJ loved wearing them.
Please keep an eye on the weather as the event approaches. If it’s cold, dress warmly. The celebration will be held inside a hangar with no heater. Layering is recommended.
Attendance Headcount (Important):

Parking Information (Very Important):
Parking at the venue is extremely limited. Parking spaces will be reserved first for immediate family. Any remaining spaces, if available, will be first come, first served.
If the parking lot is full, please follow the instructions provided for alternate parking locations. Additional parking details and instructions will be shared in a separate post/discussion 48 hours before the event.
Please do not park at the airport unless instructed. To help accommodate everyone, carpooling is strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated. (Please search for "Discussion" for instruction).
