Join us as we celebrate the life of D’Angelo “Akon” Shaw on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at the VFW Post 660 in Savannah, GA from 1-4pm.We invite all who knew him to come celebrate a life well lived and well loved. This is a celebration of an incredible life.
Let’s share the memories that make us smile. Listen to the music that he loved, share pictures of the good times, sing karaoke and share stories!
We will have a letter station set up. We want to remember him and give his children the opportunities to read stories of your memories with him. We will be making copies of the letters so that all 4 of his children get their own. You may also bring a letter if you wish to write it ahead of time.
The Ruff Ryders will be leading an open motorcycle ride to the VFW Post 660.
Meet up at Savannah Harley-Davidson at 11:30am with kickstands up at noon. They aim to be at the VFW for 1pm. All makes and all riders are welcome to attend.
