The cross was not defeat but triumph; the grave was not the end but the beginning. Through the blood of Jesus, sin was silenced, death was defeated, and victory was secured for all generations. Yet, this victory is not only to be celebrated—it is to be enforced.
Just as Joshua enforced God’s promise by leading Israel into the land, just as David enforced the covenant when he stood before Goliath, and just as the early church enforced Christ’s victory by carrying the gospel to the nations—so too are we called in our generation to enforce the triumph of the cross.
This is the heartbeat of our 2025 Annual Celebration at Christian Family Church Johannesburg, hosted by our Senior and Founding Pastors, Apostle Theo and Dr Beverley Wolmarans. From 5–10 October 2025, we will gather as one family under the banner of Christ’s triumph, to declare and demonstrate the power of the cross in our lives, our city, and our world.
