This session will shine a spotlight on the diverse and dynamic roles that women are taking on across the sailing world — from athletes and coaches to navigators, race officials, shore crew, and industry leaders. Each speaker will share their personal journey, offering valuable advice and insights into how they charted their course within the sport.
Through their stories, we’ll explore the challenges they’ve faced, the milestones they’ve achieved, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. Most importantly, these accomplished women will demonstrate how their passion, perseverance, and leadership continue to inspire the next generation of sailors — proving that the sea truly has no limits for those who dare to dream.
