When: Thursday, September 19th, arrive at 5:30 pm, service begins at 6:30 pm
Tickets are $90 and includes food, service and non alcoholic beverages. A cash bar will be available with wine, beer, and spirits.
✨ The Menu:
Appetizer: Pepperoni Pettole-Fried dough balls stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, basil and drizzled with pepperoni oil.
Salad: Tomato, Fennel and Corn-Heirloom tomatoes, crunchy fennel and sweet corn tossed with spinach in a buttermilk dressing.
Entree 1 - Stuffed Chicken Thighs with Muscadine Sauce-Stuffed chicken thighs with ham and Gorgonzola cheese, sour corn and collard greens topped with a sweet muscadine sauce.
Entree 2 - Meatloaf with Mushroom Gravy- Hearty Meatloaf with local mushroom gravy, crispy potatoes and sauteed green beans.
Dessert-Vinegar Pie with Bourbon Whipped Cream

About the Chef:
Josh McGee is the owner and "sauce boss" at Y'all Company and Appalachian Gold Foods. Josh is a native of Knoxville, TN where his culinary journey began in his Granny Myra's kitchen. There he learned the art of creating exceptional meals and the true meaning of Southern hospitality. He is passionate about supporting local food and producers, particularly small farmers and Black farmers.
