Please join us in celebration as we gather to honor Jacks beautiful life at the Wells County 4-H Community Center on Sunday, December 1. Feel free to begin arriving by 12:30pm to see some of Jacks memories on display. The celebration will begin promptly at 1pm with a welcome blessing by Jacks Pastor followed by an open floor sharing of stories and memories of his life.
A potluck reception will follow. If you'd like, please bring a favorite dish of Jacks, one you may have shared with him over the years, or anything you'd like to share in his memory.
There is no set end time for the event as we would like to welcome everyone to come and go or stay as long as you'd like to visit and celebrate his beautiful life with us.
