About this Event

The arts and the aesthetic qualities of healing environments are important to health and wellbeing. Arts in health is not new, with the long-established arts therapies and participatory arts for specific patient groups, art used in design and enhancement of healthcare environments, arts-based training for healthcare staff and arts in health education.

The arts bring unique benefits that no other element can provide. They give identity to a society; they help us derive meaning to understand, cultivate a deeper comprehension, critical thinking, and problem solving. The arts help us to connect with others, express our complex and dynamic emotions, and play an important role in our wellbeing.

Join us to explore the intersection of the Arts Health and Wellbeing through interactive and creative workshops
