About this Event
Celebrating Cider Traditions brings together two worlds of tradition: cooking and cidermaking. The evening’s menu will include traditional items such as tinned fish, garlic mushrooms, and sauteed peppers, known as Pintxos, the Basque word for small bites. Other courses will include cheese-stuffed ravioli in cider broth (a recipe from Chef Mark's book), Fabada (Asturian Stew), and apple tart with cider caramel sauce. There will also be a vegetarian main course offering. Cider will be paired with each course and guests will also participate in “Txox”, where they will drink still cider directly from oak barrels.
