About this Event
Ger Moane’s novel Keeper of Stones is inspired by the myths of the Tuatha de Danaan and by the mystical monuments of Newgrange. The novel begins at Imbolc, when, a young woman sets out on a journey to carry her birthstone to the great mound of Newgrange, and brings us on a journey across the sacred sites and important festivals of ancient Ireland. Ger will read from her novel and be in conversation with Gráinne Blair about the myths and ancient sites that inspired the novel.
Keeper of Stones was published last October and reached the Irish TImes bestseller list. It will be on sale (€15.00 cash or card) at the venue from 6.30 pm.
The event will start at 7.30 pm sharp.
