The last few years Nicole and I have seen thousands of people in sessions throughout in Europe. After all these years we both feel time to celebrate this beauty. Grateful for co- creating a field of togetherness, happiness, joy and awareness.
This day- event is really about celebrating the wisdom that is innate within our being. To deeply connect with joy, easefulness, flow, happiness and bliss. To truly dance your inner dance of life, love, peace and happiness.*
We will start the day with finding the flow within our body, where Nicole (Sthira Ceremonies | Body & Lightwork) will guide you through an Elemental Flow to let you reconnect to nature. During this practice nature elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space will gather and connect in our bodies. By moving through certain poses connected to these elements, life force energy starts to flow freely. At the end of the practice we feel more open, grounded and rejuvenated.
From there will consciously connect with the inner pieces of joy. Where can you find joy within your body? How does joy moves and if it would has a sound, what would it be? Through a guided meditation you’ll be taken on a journey within.
Continuing with a Heart- Attunement session which Nicole and Florine will co- facilitate. This will be an extra long session where you can fully sink into an extensive experience.
Lunch break – We will provide some warm soup, don’t forget to bring a light lunch with you.
After the lunch and some time to integrate, journal, share and be, we will continue with a Breathwork & Somatic release session guided by Florine. Where you will use the breath as medicine to fully yield into the pieces that are asking your awareness. You can fine more information about Breathwork at ‘Offerings’.
We will end the day with a Cacao ceremony and bring that gold of joy into it’s center space, as we connect deeply with the essence. Where we will move, dance, expand, share, laugh, love, and so much more in the infinite capacity of our being!!
