Lia Catherine Thomas (born 1999) is an American swimmer. She competed on the women's swim team at the University of Pennsylvania from 2021 to 2022 and became the first openly transgender athlete to win an NCAA Division I national championship by winning the women's 500-yard freestyle event in 2022.
