An event celebrating the poetry of Jaun Elia, featuring various poets and artists, including Farrukh Izhar, Mustafa Hashmi, Khalid Irfan, and others. The event has taken place at the Liaquat Library Auditorium and included performances, readings, and discussions of Jaun Elia's poetry. Literary scholars like Shakeel Adil Zada and Aneeq Ahmed shared their scholarly encounters with Jaun Elia, While close relatives like Munawwar Saeed and Abbas Naqvi shared the memories of the legend poet. Jaun Elia’s students / disciples like Irfan Sattar, Qaiser Wajdi and Farrukh Izhar shared their experiences.A poetry symposium/ Mushaira followed this scholarly sitting. The evening concluded with a beautiful poetry recital, where new poets, both male and female, were given the opportunity to present their work on this prestigious platform through Bazm-e-Rabta. The recital featured renowned humorous poets who entertained and delighted the audience, as well as highly esteemed and senior poets whose verses enhanced the program’s dignity and prestige.
