"Celebrating International Women’s Day with powerful performances"Ajoka Theatre is presenting two short but powerful plays at the International Women's Day being hosted by the Lahore Arts Council.
The plays include: "Lappar" an entertaining and enlightening plays on the attitudes towards the birth of baby girls and "Sharam di Gal" is about the stigma attached to the victims of rape. Both plays have been written by Shahid Nadeem and were originally directed by Ajoka founder (late) Madeeha Gauhar.
The plays will be performed in Alhamra Hall 2 on March 8 at 3:00 pm (sharp).
