About this Event
This event is open to all. It's for people with visible and invisible disabilities - and for allies who want to learn and explore diversity.

<h4>We invite you to meet the Calderdale Council Staff Disability Forum & SEND Youth Representatives to explore and celebrate disability. Join us for cake, a cuppa, add to the Big Draw, learn about the disability pride flag and meet lots of likeminded individuals. This event will offer informal relaxed activities, networking and learning.</h4>

This is a drop in event – you can drop in for ten minutes or stay for the full two hours. There will be a quiet space provided for those who wish to use this area. There will be short presentations from 5 to 5.30 pm. Get to know individuals – not just labels! ?

All ages welcome. Spread the word and bring friends!

NOTE: Interactive Celebrate Disability activities for young people are also taking place at Orange Box from 2pm to 4.30pm on the 22nd July. Contact [email protected] or [email protected] to find out more about these.
