It is our privilege to honor the following individuals for their service to children and youth and advocacy for recovery support services in the community.
Community Partner Honorees
Dr. Estelle Richman has had a career serving communities at the local, state, and national levels. Dr. Richman currently serves as the Chair of the Center for Health Care Strategies. She formerly served as the Secretary of the PA Department of Public Welfare and senior Advisor to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Throughout her career, Dr. Richman has worked to address the needs of children and families.
Ms. Eryn Santamoor, currently Chief of Staff for Councilman Alan Domb, has been a champion of Bridge Way for many years. She has worked tirelessly to raise the awareness of Bridge Way and recovery support services for our city's adolescents.
Bridge Way Alumni Award
Ms. Kristen Harootunian is a 2017 graduate of Bridge Way and will be graduating from Penn State in December 2021. While still a student at Bridge Way, Kristin started her work as an ambassador of our school and the need for recovery and mental health services. Kristen continues to demonstrate through her life and work the boundless possibilities of living in recovery. Welcome to our new Head of School!
Angela Smith joined our staff in the summer of 2020, but Covid restrictions prevented us from fully welcoming her into the community. Please come hear what changes she has made to better prepare Bridge Way for the next decade.
