Celebrate YOU Women's Mini-Retreat

Celebrate YOU is a new women's-only mini-retreat series created to honor and embrace the incredible women we are today. This series is designed to celebrate our bodies, our minds, our achievements, and our authentic selves in the present moment.

Through collective energy and the divine connection of women, this experience opens the doors to our true essence. Each event in the series will feature unique themes, movement practices, and guided discussions to help us explore our authentic selves, nurture our future selves, and celebrate who we are today.

For our next gathering, you’ll experience:

• Opening Ceremony with Jean: An intention-setting and cacao ceremony to center our hearts and minds.
• The Power of Movement: A 45-minute movement session will open our hearts and bodies to the present moment.
• Celebrate You Discussion & Journaling: Reflect, connect, and honor the person you are today. Our focus: Awakening the Divine Feminine in YOU.
• Soundbath Meditation: A 45-minute soundbath to close out the experience, allowing deep relaxation and inner peace.
• Closing Ceremony: A sacred wrap-up to integrate the day’s experiences.

We will provide yoga mats, eye masks, pillows, blanket. Each participant will also receive a small gift bag and supplies for the retreat.
Please bring a water bottle and an open heart.
