World Wellness Week is September 19 to 21, 2025. To celebrate we are inviting youth and adults aged 13 and older to drop-in to the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre and enjoy a free Spin and Stretch class on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
Enjoy high-energy cardio workout of indoor cycling with the flexibility and injury prevention benefits of stretching from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Registration is not required. Space is limited, so please be sure to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
