Take a moment to honour your body and mind this World Sleep Day by rediscovering the true art of rest through Yoga Nidra. An intoductory practice accessible to all, no experience necessary—simply lie down, listen, and let the guidance carry you into a space of restful, rejuvenating stillness.
Come in comfortable clothes. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or two and a thin cushion for your head.
This is a one hour session beginning at 3pm. You are welcome to arrive any time from 2:30pm.
The session is run by me as an approved teacher of Yoga Nidra, trained by the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales.
