It's that time again! Join us for our end of the month event as we celebrate Women's History Month @hotelbironwinebar !
To celebrate we will be doing a 30% off on all bar tabs! 2 drink minimum to get food from our amazing chef on us!
Chef @ah_thenah has an exquisite menu for our event.
starter:
POG Salad
(blood orange, mandarin, guava, with peach white balsamic)
Entrée:
Marinated Steak
(Saffron mashed potatoes, blueberry ginger reduction, Mazuma)
Oyster Mushroom
(Saffron mashed potatoes, house-made za’atar)
Dessert:
house-made Black Sesame Gelato
(Olive Wood smoked olive oil, sea salt)
We highly recommend pairing your food with wines from @theopolisvineyards , made by Ms. Theodora Lee, which are our featured wines for the evening.
While you are eating and sipping on wine or NA, take in the beautiful artwork by our featured artist @bicucullline .
