For an extra treat guests can indulge in an à la carte raw bar station featuring ½ dozen oysters ($18) conch ceviche ($9) and shrimp cocktail ½ dozen ($18). The meal is perfectly rounded off with desserts such as barley porridge with cranberry brown butter sweet potato pie key lime tart and mud pie.
