Join cranberry farmer Amber Bristow and James Beard-nominated chef Dan Bonnano for a an evening celebrating Wisconsin cranberries!Amber Bristow is a 5th-generation cranberry farmer on Russel Rezin and Son Cranberry Marsh in Warren, Wisconsin and creator of the immensely popular blog “Cranberry Chats.”
Dan Bonnano is owner and chef of Madison’s Pig in a Fur Coat and Alimentari. Hailing from Racine where he grew up in his family’s deli, Bonnano is a James Beard Award semifinalist and was named Madison Magazine ’s Chef of the Year.
Bristow and Bonnano will team up to present a one-of-a-kind dinner featuring Wisconsin’s most famous berry.
The details:
-Bar opens at 5pm.
-Dinner at 6pm. Dinner includes 5 courses.
-Tickets: $80 + 20% service charge and tax. Staff gratuity is not expected beyond this service charge.
-Alcoholic and N/A beverages available for purchase.
-The Eventbrite deposit is $40 per ticket. This will be subtracted from your final bill.
