We're not just celebrating the ERT. This year, we are joining forces with the VB Trail group to celebrate our existing 10.5 miles and the upcoming VB Trail project! On Saturday, April 27, come out for Celebrate Trails Day at the Newtown Road Light Rail Station from 10 AM - 1 PM for a celebration of connecting our communities and region through multi-use trails that are for everyone!
What's happening?
- Litter cleanups from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Walk and Talk with the ERT at 11 AM
- Walk and Talk about the VB Trail at 12 PM
- Sidewalk chalk art
- Free rides with Spinclusion
- Community organizations
- Food and personal hygiene item collection for Ollivier Community Circle
- Sundae Scoop ice cream!
