?✨ Not long to go! This Saturday is our much-anticipated Summer Solstice event, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Join us for an afternoon full of creativity, nature, and community spirit at the Slades Farm in Bournemouth. ??? Craft Workshops: From 1:30pm onwards, we'll be making beautiful fluttering butterfly hand puppets and vibrant tissue flowers from tissue paper. ? Midsummer Procession: At 4pm, gather with us in the enchanting woods for a magical midsummer procession. Carry your handcrafted puppets and flowers as we celebrate one of the longest days of the year in harmony with nature. If you haven't participated in our workshop, don't worry! Everyone is invited!
? Fireside storytelling: After the procession, we’ll come together around a fire basket and enjoy two captivating stories, sharing tales that have been passed down through generations, and making new memories under the sky.
The event will end around 5pm. You are welcome to stay longer however, and might like to bring a picnic or marshmallows for enjoying around the fire after the stories.
